The client came to us with a clear vision: they wanted rich, dark wood behind glass doors and a cohesive design that treated the entire wall—not just the two niches beside the fireplace. We designed a full-wall built-in that incorporates closed storage, walnut bookshelves behind glass doors, and painted millwork to bring architectural depth and balance to the space.

To anchor the room, we reimagined the existing builder-grade gas fireplace. We added a custom stone surround and built a contemporary-style mantel, painted to match the surrounding cabinetry in Benjamin Moore’s Providence Blue. The result is a seamless, modern focal point that integrates storage, display, and warmth all in one.
