We needed to design the client's home office to give them plenty of storage, as well as a place to tuck away a printer behind closed doors. One of the main priorities was incorporating the client’s existing standing desk into the final design. We were able to fully encase the legs of the desk and replaced the existing tabletop with solid oak to match the new built-in.

The client also wanted a combination of wood and painted materials, so we incorporated an oak counter top—extending the oak to the standing desk and continuing it along the back wall. The rest of the built-in is painted in Benjamin Moore cabinetry-grade paint in the color Blue Note, offering a rich contrast to the natural oak tones.
