A freshly renovated mudroom was in dire need of a storage solution for coats, shoes, and knick-knacks. Our client wanted to imbue the space with some warmth, and opted to have the entire piece to be made out of oak. They also requested a more contemporary feel while still adding texture, and we delivered by designing doors with a dimensional effect by incorporating wood slats running vertically through the doors. Incorporated into the slats, we also hid custom designed handles that leave the overall look uninterrrupted by traditional metal handles.
